Virtue Professional Maintenance Services Celebrates its 10th Anniversary Serving Residential and Commercial Property Owners Throughout NW Oregon in the Portland Metro Region.

Virtue Professional Maintenance Services (“VirtuePro” or “The Company”) is celebrating its 10th anniversary as a trusted property maintenance provider throughout Northwest Oregon. VirtuePro maintains the exterior integrity and beauty of residential and commercial properties with expert care.
 
Lisa and John Schwab acquired the small exterior maintenance business in 2015 and have dedicated themselves to growing the company by providing the absolute best service possible to home owners and commercial property owners throughout the Portland Metro Region.
 
According to co-owner, John Schwab, “What we like most in serving our clients is the satisfaction of knowing they are happy and we are saving them money in the long term by keeping the exterior of their properties well maintained.  We warranty all of our work and will not stop until our customers are 100% satisfied with the quality service we provide, whether cleaning moss and debris from their roof or removing debris from their gutters or getting the exterior of their buildings, concrete patio or walkways shining again after a thorough pressure washing.”
 
Another example of the quality and care provided to their clients is the fact that when providing moss removal and treatment from rooftops, VirtuePro warranties that moss will not grow back within a year after treatment, or a second treatment is performed free of charge.
